We had the perfect Christmas getaway. Beautiful cottage. Homemade bread. Firewood. Friendly hosts next door. Can't say anything more than it was totally idyllic.

Cottage is excellent and is ideal for those who wish to explore the walks and history of Hadrians Wall. It is also handy for exploring the Lake District and surrounding area. All in all the cottage is first class in what is provided
